Someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the freight. Delivery must be signed for prior to opening package. By scheduling your shipment online you acknowledge that you understand the service level being offered and the type of equipment that will be accessing your residence.
If your freight exceeds 5 feet in length or 1800 pounds we will be unable to provide liftgate service. You will be responsible for having the proper equipment or labor to unload the freight from the truck. Any hand unloading of goods must be completed within 20 minutes of the driver’s arrival.
You agree to assume all risks and liability arising from the use and operation of equipment and personnel to include trucks, trailers, liftgates, pallet jacks,dollies on your property and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PAF, its service providers, and personnel from and against all claims and causes of action for liabilities and damages including attorney’s fees and litigation costs.
